Premature Ejaculation Causes

It may surprise you to find out that most men who believe they suffer with premature ejaculation are actually quite normal.  Statistically speaking, most men will not be able to last longer than 10 minutes after penetrating their partner, and this would be considered the norm.

I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t seem to stop me and many men from wanting to be able to last longer in bed.  In fact, this “ideal” that we often compare ourselves to can become one of the major causes of premature ejaculation.

Thanks to the media, such as movies, television and pornography, men and women both expect a man to be able to last hours in the bedroom.  And women in particular may have an unrealistic expectation of how long a man should be able to last simply because they are able to last longer.  Although it is unrealistic for most men to be able to last for hours, because there is pressure from the media to be able to last, this can cause mental stress and make the premature ejaculation worse.
